2023/24 WBBL FIXTURES CONFIRMED
Rebels to face reigning WBBL champions, London Lions, in their first game of the season.
The Essex Rebels will kick off their WBBL campaign against the defending champions, London Lions, on Saturday 21st October at the Essex Sport Arena with a 4 pm tip-off.
Ashley Cookson’s debut season as the Rebels play caller will then see the team travel to Nottingham Wildcats the following weekend for their first away trip of the season on Saturday 28th before then playing Oaklands Wolves at home and Caledonia Gladiators away to complete the October and November schedule.
Essex Rebels will also finish their league season at the Essex Sport Arena, hosting Cardiff Met Archers on Saturday 27th April 2024 to conclude the regular season, prior to the end-of-season play-offs.
Be sure to mark your calendars and come out to support the team as they try to upset the reigning champions to kick off their campaign. This will be a season you won’t want to miss as the Essex Rebels look to improve on their 6th-place finish in the WBBL last season.
A further announcement will be forthcoming in the coming weeks that includes the full Essex Rebels fixtures schedule for both our men’s and women’s teams, confirming our double-header gamedays, as well as special themed games.
