OGHAGBON RETURNS TO REBELS
Essex Rebels are pleased to announce that Daniel Oghagbon is returning for his third season with the club.
The 6’5 forward had a frustrating second season for the Rebels following a shoulder dislocation picked up in preseason which kept Daniel out of action for the majority of Rebel’s campaign.
Daniel was able to finally make his season debut against Barking Abbey on 11th March where Rebels narrowly lost 77-75. In the five remaining games that Oghagbon featured, Daniel proved an efficient scorer for the team shooting 54.5% from the field.
Dan is an athletic forward who can defend multiple positions as well as score inside and out and will be hoping to make a strong comeback when he returns to the Essex Sport Arena for his third season with the Rebels.
Oghagbon becomes the 8th player to commit to the Essex Rebels roster for the 2023/2024 season – welcome back Daniel!
